About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Commission Sales Associate to work in their showroom. This role involves assisting interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals by providing recommendations that meet their space, style, and cost requirements. The associate will build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations, educating customers on the installation and use of all products, and understanding and tracking individual sales goals. Responsibilities also include tracking store orders, providing customers with product updates, presenting oneself professionally, and meeting personal and team sales expectations. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
Understand and track established individual sales goals
Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
