Thelen Auto Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to help keep our dealership looking its best. This role plays an important part in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our customers and team members every day. The ideal candidate has previous cleaning experience, takes pride in their work, and enjoys keeping spaces clean, organized, and professional.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the showroom floor, offices, and customer waiting areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
- Wash and maintain interior windows and glass
- Dust and wipe down desks, counters, displays, and surfaces
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floor surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Keep entryways and customer-facing areas clean and presentable
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Assist with other general cleaning duties throughout the dealership
