OneService is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, providing essential cleaning services for a local daycare facility. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff after the daily operations have concluded.
Requirements
- Prior experience in custodial or cleaning services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the scheduled shift.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding sanitation and hygiene.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in a school/daycare environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly cleaning and sanitizing of all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Collect and remove trash from all classrooms, offices, and common areas; replace liners in all waste receptacles.
- Thoroughly vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard surface flooring throughout the facility.
- Dust surfaces, wipe down high-touch points, and ensure all areas are left organized and ready for the next morning.
- Follow cleaning protocols to ensure the environment meets safety and health standards appropriate for a daycare setting.
