About The Position
Looking for a steady, part-time job in the afternoons? Want something meaningful—not just another shift? Join our team at one of Chambliss Center for Children's centers and help care for children from infants to Pre-K during the end of their day. Available Positions: Volunteer Community School, 506 Spears Avenue, Chattanooga. Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 5:30pm Chambliss Center for Children, 315 Gillespie Road, Chattanooga. Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm Pro Re Bona Early Learning Center, 1707 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga Monday - Friday 1:00pm-5:30pm
Requirements
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check
- Reliable, friendly, patient, and good with kids
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children in a group setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and play with children
- Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized
- Support teachers and step in where needed
- Help children finish their day in a calm, positive way
