About The Position

Removes groceries from carts, conveyor belt, scans for price or places on scale to weigh, bags orders, accepts payment and makes change. Occasionally will assist customer to vehicle with groceries and load groceries into vehicle. Also face shelves, sweep floor or clean around checkstand area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Use fingers, hands, arms and legs. Use a 10 key, and basic math. Continuous standing in one area. Lifting/carrying of items of weight up to 20 lbs. Use of intercom or telephone. Pushing and pulling grocery carts. Stocking of shelves. DESIRED, NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Use of box knife. this is for evenings and weekends , there will also be call ins must be over 18
