About The Position

Part-Time Caregiver – Flexible In-Home Senior Support. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose weekday, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts that fit your lifestyle. It is ideal for students, parents, or semi-retirees. You will provide personal care with dignity, assist with healthy meals and household support, aid with mobility and exercise, provide medication reminders and wellness monitoring, and offer meaningful companionship. The agency is independently owned and operated, and all hiring decisions are made by the agency's management.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Respect for client privacy and dignity
Reliability, punctuality, and compassion
Passion for improving the daily lives of older adults

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving, HHA, or related experience is preferred
Training is available for the right candidate with a compassionate heart.
We can also help you become certified through our CHHA school program.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers while preserving client dignity and comfort.
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
Support gentle walks and therapist-approved stretches or exercises.
Help clients stay on schedule with medications and observe/report changes in condition.
Provide conversation, games, emotional support, and accompaniment to appointments or errands.
