The cafeteria satellite attendant is a staff member who assumes the responsibilities and duties assigned by the director. This role involves the safe preparation and handling of food, cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities, serving of food, and assisting with record keeping. The attendant performs duties efficiently and to the best of their ability within the allotted time, including potentially operating a cash register. They are expected to attend training meetings, report to work as scheduled, and maintain pleasant working relations with colleagues. Adherence to all School Committee policies and instructions from the Cafeteria Manager regarding safety, sanitation, personnel standards, and work methods is required.
