Spring11 - Part-time Borrower Credit Research Analyst
About The Position
Spring11 is seeking a highly motivated, investigative research assistant to join our growing Borrower Credit Team. This role is responsible for aiding a lead researcher in creating detailed investigative reports to be used in commercial real estate loan transactions to ensure that financial, regulatory, and reputational risks are mitigated. Using a variety of open public records sources and proprietary data, research assistants are responsible for assisting in completing full investigative due diligence reports. Research assistants work on multiple transactions with hard deadlines but create their own schedule.
