Our Call Center Representatives provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base, which spans medical offices, apartment complexes, and various professional services. This position involves 100% inbound calls only; there are zero sales or cold calls required. We offer fully paid, step-by-step training to set you up for success. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to handle incoming calls, with occasional real-time translation or interpretation depending on caller needs.
Requirements
- A polite, professional, and engaging phone presence.
- Solid English communication abilities, including accurate grammar and spelling.
- Basic computer navigation skills and a typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Punctuality, consistent attendance, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and holidays as we operate 24/7/365.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
