About The Position
A family in Houston, TX 77095 is seeking a reliable, morning-oriented caregiver to assist three school-aged children (ages 8–10) with their early morning routine and school prep. This is a pet free household. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. / 8:30 a.m., totaling approximately 10 to 10.5 hours per week. The elementary school is located less than 1 mile from the residence.
Requirements
- Prior experience providing childcare for school-aged children
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance for Tuesday transportation
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience managing morning routines for multiple children simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Assist three children with getting up, dressed, and fully ready for the school day
- Drive the children to school on Tuesday mornings for arrival between 7:30 a.m. and 7:40 a.m.
- Ensure the children safely board the school bus on Wednesday and Thursday mornings
