About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and engaging Part-Time Nanny to help with our two children, ages 11 and 7, in Eagan. The role involves assisting with morning routines, school drop-offs, afternoon school pick-ups, shuttling to extracurricular activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and pet care. The ideal candidate is a great role model, flexible, organized, punctual, active, and lives locally. This position offers a consistent schedule with occasional flexibility required for parent travel.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transport
• Must be a great role model who leads by example, sets firm boundaries, and commands respect with kindness
• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Must be organized and punctual
• Must be active and engaging
• Must live relatively close to Eagan

Responsibilities

• Driving kids to/from school and extracurriculars
• Preparing children's meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping (dishwashing, bedding, general tidying)
• Pet care (short walks, yard time)
• Planning fun activities & screen-time tracking
• Help get the kids up, fed, teeth brushed, and out the door on time
• Drive the youngest to school
• Load/unload the dishwasher, make beds, and give the family dog attention
• Shuttle kids to afternoon sports and extracurriculars
• Help kids unwind from school
• Keep kids on track for the evening
• Encourage physical activity and enrichment over screen time
• Manage daily screen limits
