About The Position

Coventry Senior Living is seeking a personable and reliable Part-Time Bartender to join our team for evening shifts. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming, social atmosphere for residents and guests while preparing and serving beverages responsibly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality and engaging with seniors in a community setting.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic drink preparation and responsible alcohol service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work evening hours, including some weekends

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with community guidelines
• Engage with residents in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Monitor and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with light food service and event setup as needed
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining and social experience
