The Prince George Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part Time Banquet Servers to support our Catering team in delivering exceptional service at a variety of events. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in hospitality while working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service during events
• Assist with banquet room setup and tear-down based on event requirements
• Ensure all service details align with catering contracts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
• Support preparation of portable bars and service stations
• Assist with delivery of scheduled breaks and meals
• Provide attentive service and respond to guest needs
• Support VIP functions with elevated service standards when required
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
