This part-time Baker role is for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has a passion for the science and artistry of baking. The Baker will be crucial in ensuring NAB’s products meet the highest standards daily, from mixing doughs and laminating pastries to overseeing proofing, baking, and packaging. This role involves working closely with the pastry and production team to execute daily schedules, maintain consistency, and contribute to menu evolution. It is a hands-on position requiring precision, stamina, and a passion for craft baking.
