This position provides technical assistance and support for clients during events as requested. The role involves working with a team to provide audio/visual support to all events in the University of Wyoming Conference Center, the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center, and any other spaces where AV equipment is used. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining audio/visual equipment, configuring and operating projectors, microphones, audio mixing consoles, video switchers, and teleconferencing equipment. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining the storage room and providing excellent customer service to clients and guests. Duties are to be performed in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. The role reports directly to the Audio/Visual Services Coordinator, and other duties as assigned.
