About The Position

Provides a professional armed security presence in the bank lobby, with a strong focus on customer service, situational awareness, attentiveness, and maintaining a professional appearance while on duty. The position requires the ability to remain attentive and maintain situational awareness through the assigned bank lobby shift.

• Current Armed Guard License
• Less-Than-Lethal Certification
• Current Surety Bond
• Resume

Responsibilities

• Provides a professional armed security presence in the bank lobby
• Maintains a strong situational awareness and remains attentive throughout the assigned shift.
• Provides a strong customer service while interacting with others in the lobby
• Maintains a professional, well-groomed appearance while on duty
• Remains off personal devices while on duty
• Commits to working the selected Monday and Thursday shift schedule each week for a month in advance
• In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security and bank policies.
• In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to interact professionally
