About The Position

We are currently seeking a part-time AM Server for our beautiful 254-room full-service AAA Four Diamond hotel, the Hilton Columbus/Polaris, located in the vibrant Polaris community. As an associate of the Hilton Columbus/Polaris, you will also be an associate of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's largest and fastest growing hospitality management companies. You would engage and serve our guests in our restaurant 17 Arrows and Patio, by providing them with the highest levels of guest service. Our founder, Conrad Hilton, had a vision to "Spread the Light and Warmth of Hospitality Throughout the World" and that is our goal at the Hilton Polaris every single day. The ideal candidate would be available to work mostly lunch and dinner shifts, during the week and on weekends.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve our guests with the highest levels of guest service in our RESTAURANT AND BAR, 17 Arrows (and patio!).
• Greet guests, take orders, utilize our Point of Service system, deliver food to tables all while displaying the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction.
