About The Position
The Learning Experience - Foxboro is hiring two dependable Afternoon Teachers to help our classrooms finish each day successfully. This role is ideal for an EEC-certified educator who enjoys working with multiple age groups and wants a consistent part-time schedule.
Requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher certifications required
- Comfortable working with different age groups
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous professional childcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms during afternoon hours
- Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom ratios
- Assist with snacks, playground activities, classroom routines, and dismissal
- Support diapering, toileting, and daily care routines as appropriate
- Engage children through stories, music, movement, and play
- Build positive relationships with families and coworkers
- Help prepare classrooms for the following day
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements
