SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Adult Education Instructor, under the direction of the Director of the Adult Education Program, will lead classes, provide individualized instruction and maintain documentation in accordance with state Adult Education guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Instructs students in specialized educational programs in classroom and laboratory settings, and develops and provides individual instruction as required. Interprets policies, programs and procedures related to the delivery of services. Seeks, selects and uses resources compatible with student/program needs. Implements a variety of strategies or approaches to meet the needs of students, including consulting with students, families and school staff, as necessary. Assesses and documents attainment of program objectives. Performs other duties as assigned.
