Parks & Recreation Student Positions - Township of St. Clair
About The Position
The Township of St. Clair is currently seeking five (5) motivated summer students for Parks & Recreation Student positions (Sportsfield, Campground, & Parks) within the Community Services Department. Under the supervision of the Crew Leader, Community Services, Parks & Recreation staff will work efficiently to bring an exceptional level of service to our parks, sportsfields, and campgrounds, while interacting positively with the public. These positions perform a variety of general maintenance and clean-up duties to ensure our parks, sportsfields, and campgrounds are enjoyed by the community and community visitors.
Requirements
- Valid Class G2 or G Ontario driver’s license with an acceptable abstract.
- Strong safety attitude and always demonstrate safe work practices.
- Follow instructions well.
- Excellent teamworking skills.
- Communicate effectively, in a professional manner.
Nice To Haves
- Grade 12 diploma will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
