Requirements
- Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Previous custodial, landscaping and grounds maintenance experience.
- Skill in the use of hand tools and power equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean on-site facilities according to established standards.
- Perform routine maintenance including painting, changing AC filters and light bulbs, minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.
- Provide customer service by providing information and assisting guests on the grounds.
- Perform trail maintenance like grading trails, trimming limbs, removing damaged/dead trees, weed eating, constructing water bars and erosion devices and repairing trail system.
- Maintain and repair park equipment and tools, performs daily inspections of vehicles and maintains records.
