About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring a part-time Valet Attendant to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. The attendant will maintain company uniform appearance, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with. This position requires being outside and active most of the day, involving standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Local management may also ask for assistance with small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Nice To Haves

  • Valet parking experience: 1 year+
  • Customer service experience: 1 year+
  • Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

  • Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
  • Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
  • Maintain company uniform appearance.
  • Resolve issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
