About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests and thanking them upon exit, safely and timely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, explaining parking rates, and providing instructions for self-park vehicles. Attendants are expected to inspect each vehicle before taking possession, maintain company uniform appearance, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to interact with. The position requires being outside and active most of the day, including standing, walking, and sometimes assisting with items weighing up to 50lbs. Local management may also request completion of small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Requirements

You are at least 18 years old
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years
Energetic, outgoing
Can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
Valet parking: 1 year+
Customer service: 1 year+

Responsibilities

Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines
Maintain the company uniform appearance
Cheerfully greet and thank guests
Resolve issues
Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management
