About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles according to company guidelines. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and be an active participant in the team environment. This position requires being outdoors and active for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and potentially assisting with items up to 50lbs. Additional tasks may include small cleaning or maintenance duties as assigned by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
• Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking experience: 1 year+
• Customer service experience: 1 year+

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
