About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. The attendant will be expected to maintain a professional appearance, resolve customer issues, and be active outdoors for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50lbs. Additional tasks may include small cleaning or maintenance duties as assigned by local management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Must have a valid driver's license (at least 4 years).
• Must have Valet experience (at least 4 years).
• Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
• Have Hospitality experience.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking: 4 year+

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
