About The Position

In this important and rewarding role, you can use your talents to improve the lives of our patients, their families, and fellow team members. As Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of Valet Parking Attendants and Shuttle Drivers who provide critical support to our hospital partner. We have a great team and an awesome culture, but we need the right leader to help us in our mission. The Supervisor makes a bi-weekly schedule, approves payroll, and communicates with our office and leadership teams. This leader works alongside our team, providing direction and training to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. This role enforces strict safety protocols and ensures complete shuttle inspections and maintenance. No sales, no inventory, no ordering, no cash handling, no P&L, JUST PEOPLE, JUST EMPLOYEES. The goal is to provide a helpful, clean, safe, and rewarding environment where you encourage your employees to do their best to help guests. Happy employees, happy customers. Leadership experience is a MUST. We will provide detailed training on our service and safety policies and procedures. Field supervisors, our Regional Manager, and our administrative team support this position. We are one big family at FC! We work together to solve issues and make our team stronger!

Requirements

  • Leadership experience is a MUST
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Previous valet or fleet management experience
  • Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • High school or equivalent
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
  • Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
  • 40-50hr work week with the ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
  • Ability to maintain a staff with the goal of a 5-star experience for patients and guests
  • Employment is contingent upon a successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • 3yrs continuous Driver's License experience
  • License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
  • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No major moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8 hour shift
  • Tolerance for inclement weather
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time
  • Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it
  • Clean criminal and driving records are a must

Nice To Haves

  • College preferred, but not required with sufficient management experience.
