Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to run/move quickly to retrieve vehicles during the "post-game rush."
  • Previous Special Event Supervisor experience is a must.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Must be able to work to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift (hot, cold, humid, precipitation, etc.).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations including stairs for duration for the entire scheduled shift.

  • Customer Service experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Courteously assist customers and guide team members to ensure all attendee questions are answered professionally.
  • Oversee the delivery of quality customer service, monitor payment collection for parking services, and actively manage traffic flow through the gate.
  • Ensure all team members arrive on time, fully scheduled, and in a neat and clean uniform.
  • Master event venue knowledge and city surroundings to guide both customers and attendants effectively.
  • Direct and oversee traffic control operations at entrances and exits as needed.
  • Promptly report and document any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility or Senior Manager.
  • Inspect the facility and report debris, water, oil spills, or other hazards to the Facility or Senior Manager.
  • Demonstrate full operational knowledge of each Special Event location and ensure staff adherence to site requirements.
  • Supervise "bank" money distribution and counting at the beginning of shifts to verify starting totals.
  • Oversee cash/coupon collection, enforce cash security protocols, and ensure accurate change, receipts, or tickets are issued for all transactions.
  • Audit and verify attendant shift transactions against money on hand, completing comprehensive cashier shift and supervisory reports.
