Requirements
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST HAVE VAILD ID AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE (PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ACCEPTED)
- 18 years or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
- Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
- Must wear steel toe or composite toe safety shoes (Not Provided by employer)
Nice To Haves
- This position will require the potential employee to work in the elements for the majority of the shift (This may include during inclement weather)
Responsibilities
- Remove FOD/trash, from various parking lots, around buildings, warehouses, etc.
- This position will require bending, lifting, walking and the use of a grabber tool
- Must be able to operate a golf cart and utility vehicle
- Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management
- Perform other general janitorial duties as needed
