Provide parking instruction/ guidance/ assistance to guests upon their arrival and/or exit. Monitor the flow of traffic. Direct guests to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary. Allow or disallow access into the parking structures and lots by lifting, positioning, and removing cones/signs in order to open, redirect or close parking areas. Report maintenance issues that surface and follows up to ensure appropriate action is taken immediately. Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner. Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols. Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions. Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages. Perform other duties as assigned.
