The position involves being the face of the garage, assisting customers with parking and payment machines, monitoring security, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility.

Requirements

Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to handle guest concerns effectively.
Communication Skills: Clear and courteous when interacting with guests and team members.
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, or climb if needed.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.).
Willingness to keep the garage clean and tidy including picking up trash, snow removal, powerwashing, etc.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be neatly groomed and presentable.
Punctuality and a stable work history are essential.
A rock-solid work ethic and a friendly, professional attitude.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A team player who takes pride in maintaining a safe, organized environment.
Reliability—showing up ready to rock at 7:30 AM on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Responsibilities

Greet arriving and departing guests with genuine Brooklyn warmth.
Assist customers with parking directions and help them navigate automated ticketing and payment machines.
Monitor the facility, keep an eye on security cameras, and ensure all windows, doors, and locks are secure.
Ensure the facility stays clean, safe, and sharp.
Keep things tidy, direct traffic flow during peak rush hours, and team up with the garage manager to tackle daily operations.
