About The Position

Park Inc. is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Parking Garage Attendant to join their crew at the Target Brooklyn garage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, helping people, and keeping things moving. The position offers a part-time schedule with workdays on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling 22.5 hours per week, allowing for a four-day weekend.

Requirements

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to handle guest concerns effectively.
• Communication Skills: Clear and courteous when interacting with guests and team members.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, or climb if needed.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.).
• Can-Do Attitude: Willingness to keep the garage clean and tidy including picking up trash, snow removal, powerwashing, etc.
• Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional Appearance: Must be neatly groomed and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests with genuine Brooklyn warmth.
• Assist customers with parking directions.
• Help customers navigate automated ticketing and payment machines.
• Monitor the facility and keep an eye on security cameras.
• Ensure all windows, doors, and locks are secure.
• Maintain the facility to keep it clean, safe, and sharp.
• Keep things tidy.
• Direct traffic flow during peak rush hours.
• Team up with the garage manager to tackle daily operations.
