The Role: Parking Deck Maintenance Technician/Porter Location: Roswell, Georgia Schedule: 40 hours each week, Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 2:30PM) Pay: $18.00 per hour. We are not just maintaining parking facilities - we are creating a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Requirements

  • A dependable and hardworking team member who takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well maintained
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in hot and cold weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Friendly, professional attitude and team spirit
  • Ability to interact positively with guests, clients, and team members
  • All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of parking decks and stairwells to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming areas
  • Remove trash, debris, grease, oil, gum, and other materials from parking decks, walkways, and high-traffic areas
  • Perform spot pressure washing on parking deck and property surfaces as needed
  • Clean and maintain signs, glass surfaces, mirrors, and other common areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of valet areas, including signs and parking equipment
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Conduct routine safety inspections of carbon monoxide monitors, emergency and exit lighting, vehicle exit mirrors, and stairwell lighting
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or other facility needs to management
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures
