About The Position

The Call Center Representative is responsible for answering the telephones/parking kiosk support calls during events throughout the District Detroit, ensuring guest can find and gain access to all facilities operated by Olympia Parking.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Excellent oral & written communication skills.
Experience in service role or industry.
Passion for serving others.
Outstanding phone and business etiquette.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle many activities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Microsoft Windows and/or Tickets.com.
Knowledge of Detroit, their sports teams, and the surrounding areas.
Experience in / knowledge of Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theatre, Pine Knob Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill, Comerica Park, Ford Field, Detroit Opera Theatre, Fillmore Theatre, and Masonic Temple.

Responsibilities

Answering the main incoming support lines for all ODMP kiosks during events to provide accurate & timely information to parkers.
Basic understanding of Flash equipment and how kiosks function in any mode.
Providing information to guests and fans regarding ParkDistrictDetroit.com, ParkWhiz.com, DetroitRedWings.com, 313Presents.com, DetroitTigers.com and other websites/apps.
Communicating interdepartmentally to find answers to questions for callers.
Providing receipts, refunds, validations, etc. on the Flash Parking portal.
Working phones & other communications platforms during events for all ODMP lots/garages.
Digitally submit guest concerns and feedback to partnering departments for follow up with the guest.
Assist with and/or manage guest recovery cases to provide immediate resolution to guest concerns.
Other clerical duties for the department as requested.
All other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
