You’re the welcoming presence guests remember, the calm voice during busy events, and the person who helps everything run just a little smoother. Whether it’s a major concert, a formal gala, or a full-house conference, you’ll be part of the team that makes it all work — right from the parking deck.

Requirements

A strong focus on customer service and hospitality
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions when needed
Comfort working independently and handling multiple tasks
Familiarity with company policies — and the ability to explain them
Flexibility to work varying hours, especially around our busy event schedule
A valid driver’s license with a current address and a clean driving record
Employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests as they enter and exit the parking facility
Collect payment for event parking and ensure accurate reporting
Enforce parking rules and issue citations or warnings as needed
Keep the deck clean, organized, and safe — report any maintenance needs
Patrol the facility to deter theft, damage, or safety hazards
Set up signage and barricades to direct traffic and guide guests
Answer questions about event locations, parking options, and directions
Resolve guest concerns or disputes professionally, involving management when needed
Maintain a clean, neat appearance and stay professional at all times
Stay in-the-know about event schedules and communicate information clearly
Support your teammates and take on other duties as assigned
