About The Position

Winpark is currently hiring Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, explaining parking rates, inspecting vehicles, maintaining a professional appearance, and being active outdoors. Attendants may also be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Energetic and outgoing.
Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Parking Attendant experience: 1 year+
Customer service experience: 1 year+

Responsibilities

Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
Maintain company uniform appearance.
Resolve issues in a positive and helpful way.
Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
