About The Position

Responsible for assisting hotel guests with parking and ensuring that only
authorized vehicles occupy the property. Monitors parking areas to prevent
unauthorized use, provides directions to guests, and maintains a safe,
organized, and secure parking environment.

• Regular attendance according to established guidelines
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with parking directions and availability
• Monitor parking areas to ensure only registered guests and authorized vehicles are parked
• Politely address and redirect unauthorized or outside vehicles
• Maintain order, safety, and cleanliness of parking facilities
• Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or violations to management
• Coordinate with front desk staff regarding guest parking needs
• Enforce hotel parking policies in a professional and courteous manner
