About The Position

This position provides Parking Services for all events at the Yuengling Center and is responsible for the safe placement of vehicles in our lots and safety of all pedestrians in the area. Our VSG parking attendants are the first contact for our guests attending an event at our facility. Your professional and energetic demeanor are paramount in providing the foundation and basis for a World Class Plus experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Must comply without company policy of backgrounds checks
• Must maintain an energetic, pleasant, and neat professional appearance
• Punctual, dependable, and excellent work attendance required
• Must be polite, friendly, and possess exceptional public relations skills as this position includes extensive guest contact

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
• Controlling/monitoring entry to the guest and employee parking lots
• Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
• Provide guests with directions and other venue information
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
• All other duties as assigned
