About The Position

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join their team as Full-Time Parking Attendants. This is an opportunity to work at a premier, award-winning company known for delivering 5-Diamond service. The role involves creating a positive first and last impression for members and guests by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the organization and safety of parking areas.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Consistently meets or exceeds member, guest, and team expectations.

Nice To Haves

Able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first and last impression of the Club.
Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
Assist guests with directions, information, and other requests as needed.
Maintain organization and traffic flow in parking areas.
Monitor parking lots and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
Assist with special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume periods.
Work as part of a team to deliver a 5-Diamond guest experience.
