About The Position

The Supervisor will assist with the oversight of the staff and operation, while delivering the company’s standards of customer service. This is a seasonal full-time position from now until October, located in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The schedule is either Friday - Tuesday or Wednesday - Sunday, with shifts from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The role requires the ability to stand and move for the entire shift.

Requirements

High School degree or equivalent preferred.
One year of related customer service experience preferred.
Parking experience preferred.
Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written and electronic correspondence.
Must have a valid DMV driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
Exhibit leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports.
Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
Communicate with staff on a regular basis and communicate policy changes, new programs, and operational changes.
Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable.
Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable.
Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management.
Enforce policy/procedure, rules, and regulations.
Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer at the end of the interaction.
Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
Other special projects as assigned by local management.
