Requirements

HS diploma/GED
Valid Arkansas Driver's License
ACIC/NCIC certification
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

Assist with pay stations, exit verifiers, and parking transactions; answer questions about campus directions and parking rules; and resolve concerns in person or through RPMS.
Enforce parking regulations, issue warnings or citations, identify vehicles with outstanding violations, apply boots when needed, and conduct lot counts. Report safety concerns or suspicious activity promptly.
Verify access requests, update parking databases, and document remote access, citations, and pass misuse. Respond to customer requests through RPMS and provide field assistance when a remote solution is not possible.
Make basic repairs to gate arms, ticket dispensers, and other parking equipment; assist with preventive maintenance; and alert a supervisor when additional repairs are needed.
Complete other assigned duties, which may include clerical work and database updates during slower periods.
