Requirements
- At least 16 years of age (some positions may require 18+)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Comfortable working around water and animals
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must have Thursday - Sunday availability
Nice To Haves
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Basic math skills desired
- Must be comfortable with heights
Responsibilities
- Operate rides to provide thrills and excitement to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the park for our guests to include monitoring trash/recycle bins and pathways.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the park for our guests to include maintenance of bathrooms and restocking supplies.
- Create a seamless arrival process for guests through ticket scanning at the park entry, guest parking entrance and registers.
- Assist and resolve guest inquiries and/or concerns.
- Ensure all guests are following safety regulations at the Stadiums while shows are in operation. Greet and guide guests to appropriate seating.
