About The Position

The Park Manager is responsible for supervising the park employees' daily work activities and serving as a liaison between guests and Kids Empire. This role ensures guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing questions or comments. The Park Manager's primary goal is to ensure guests have an excellent and safe experience, requiring interaction with families and children of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise employee performance in daily work activities.
  • Serve as a contact between guests and Kids Empire.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and address questions or comments.
  • Ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time.
  • Interact with families and children of all ages.
  • Attend to guests quickly, greet them accordingly, and make them feel comfortable.
  • Perform job duties satisfactorily and achieve production goals.
  • Create weekly schedules.
  • Audit schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
  • Hire qualified employees for available park positions.
  • Handle, manage, and document statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and multiple park assessments.
  • Train team members to perform key job duties.
  • Open and close the park.
  • Communicate guest or employee issues.
  • Operate the check-in process, including liability waivers and guest information collection via iPad.
  • Operate the front cash counter for receiving payments, managing cash flow, and providing change.
  • Operate billing transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
  • Manage birthday party bookings and setups, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage third-party vendor supplies, orders, or requests.
  • Work closely with corporate teams and communicate via proper company channels.
  • Check snack inventory and order snacks from specified vendors.
  • Walk the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
  • Schedule and coordinate family events and assist with their efficient operation.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with development.
  • Ensure correct quantities arrive.
  • Speak with suppliers and third parties.
  • Set up time and attendance.
  • Conduct Amazon accounts audits nationally.
  • Provide services assistance for operations chats.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
