About The Position

The Park Manager is responsible for supervising the park employees' daily work activities and serving as a liaison between guests and Kids Empire. This role ensures guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing questions or comments from guests and employees. The Park Manager's primary goal is to ensure guests have an excellent and safe experience at Kids Empire, requiring interaction with families and children of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to guests quickly, greeting them, and making them feel comfortable.
  • Performing job duties satisfactorily and achieving production goals.
  • Creating weekly schedules.
  • Auditing schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
  • Hiring qualified employees for available park positions.
  • Handling, managing, and documenting statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and park/employee assessments.
  • Training team members on key job duties.
  • Opening and closing the park.
  • Communicating guest or employee issues.
  • Operating the check-in process, including having guests sign liability waivers and providing information via iPad.
  • Operating the front cash counter for receiving payments (cash, credit/debit card), managing cash flow, registering transactions, and providing change.
  • Operating billing transactions accurately by verifying POS amounts.
  • Organizing refrigerator stock (drinks, snacks, chips, ice cream).
  • Managing birthday party bookings and setups, ensuring customer satisfaction during events.
  • Managing third-party vendor supplies, orders, or requests.
  • Working closely with corporate teams and communicating via proper channels.
  • Checking snack inventory and ordering to replenish stock.
  • Regularly walking the floor to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules.
  • Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
  • Scheduling and coordinating family events and assisting with their efficient operation.
  • Attending weekly meetings with development.
  • Ensuring correct quantities arrive.
  • Speaking with suppliers and third parties.
  • Setting up time and attendance.
  • Auditing Amazon accounts nationally among all KE parks.
  • Providing services assistance for operations chats.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
