Requirements

  • High School graduation or GED equivalent.
  • Five year’s experience in park maintenance or directly related work.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the essential job functions as listed in the Park Foreman ADA Essential Functions Worksheet.

Nice To Haves

  • Recognized post high school training with specialization in park management, horticulture, landscape architecture, forestry or a directly related field may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four years of the required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to Fox Brook Park.
  • Expected to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings to support park operations, special events, and staffing needs during peak use periods.
  • Required to participate in snow removal operations.
