Park Concierge (Various City Park Locations)
About The Position
Associated Recreation Council (ARC) is seeking a Park Concierge to work in Seattle's beautiful parks. This role involves providing information to the public and supporting various Seattle Parks during peak and non-peak hours. The Park Concierge is responsible for supporting park safety in downtown parks to ensure they are welcoming and safe public spaces for all users. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be willing to work outside year-round
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities
- Act as an information guide, answering questions about city destinations and events.
- Assist with program and event management including set-up and take-down.
- Ensure event areas are clean and free of debris prior to scheduled event/activation and before departing the Park.
- De-escalate and redirect when issues arise with park patrons.
