Position Description Parent to parent coordinators help families of youth with disabilities connect, support, and grow. Duties include: Peer matching Emotional support Resource navigation This position is full-time and non-exempt. The Parent to Parent (P2P) coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations of The Arc of King County’s P2P program. The P2P coordinator provides culturally responsive peer support to parents who have children up to age 21 with intellectual and other developmental disabilities (IDD). Duties include hosting informal P2P support groups, meetings and program-related workshops/trainings, as well as some 1:1 information and referral and “Helping Parent” outreach activities.
