The position requires annual competency-based professional development hours to maintain certification in the Parents as Teachers curriculum. The role is full-time and typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. It requires 25% travel to client homes, agency locations, and regional external clients for trainings. Work is a mixture of office-based work and direct community engagement, with the possibility of a traditional office, full-time remote, or hybrid schedule. Staff who drive on behalf of CCRC must meet approved-driver requirements, including a current California driver’s license, current auto insurance, and DMV clearance.
