About The Position
The Parent-Child Instructor leads engaging classes for young children and their caregivers, introducing them to learning and play through The Little Gym’s proven curriculum. The instructor creates a warm, safe, energetic, and nurturing environment, provides outstanding customer service, and brings consistent enthusiasm to classes. Morning availability is required. The role involves staying active and building relationships with families while supporting children’s confidence, growth, and development. Training is provided.
Requirements
- Availability to work morning shifts.
- Enjoy working with young children and their caregivers.
- Dependable, positive, and energetic, particularly for early-day classes.
- Enjoy connecting with children and parents.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics.
- A playful, fun-loving attitude and willingness to be silly.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging parent/child classes that introduce young children to learning and play.
- Teach classes using The Little Gym’s curriculum; training is provided.
