About The Position
Responsible for the operation of paratransit vehicles to carry vulnerable passengers to various destinations within the service area in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Paratransit operators provide critical services to the community, supporting the mission to enhance quality of life, bolster mobility, and create opportunities through transit.
Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate (GED)
- Five consecutive years of licensed driving experience
- Valid Washington State driver's license
Responsibilities
- Operation of paratransit vehicles
- Transporting vulnerable passengers safely, timely, and professionally
- Supporting the mission to enhance quality of life, bolster mobility, and create opportunities through transit
