About The Position
Join Easton Coach Company as a Full‑Time Non‑CDL Driver and start a rewarding career in passenger transportation, paratransit service, and community mobility support. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (held 3+ years)
- Must be 25 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Test
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Must demonstrate strong proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English
Nice To Haves
- No experience required — paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a non‑CDL passenger vehicle on assigned routes
- Assist riders with boarding, seating, and mobility devices
- Provide friendly, reliable customer service and passenger assistance
- Ensure rider safety, comfort, and on‑time arrivals
- Maintain a clean vehicle and follow DOT and company safety standards
